We're a group of skilled and passionate thinkers and creators, capable of achieving remarkable feats despite our small size. We are lead by a husband-and-wife team that some may might say spend more time together than is healthy.

In addition to our in-house team, we collaborate with a talented group of contractors for specialized work that furthers our impact.

Alex Dimicco

Advertising Manager, Lead Digital Designer

Alex is a graduate of Ramapo College of NJ and joined Look North summer 2017. Since then he has taken on all things digital we throw at him. Confident and capable, Alex has found himself in a role where he designs, builds, and launches interactive advertisements. He also continues to create compelling user interfaces for our clients. When he’s not searching the web for design inspiration Alex enjoys music festivals, the beach, cooking, snowboarding and video games.

Brianne Hostutler

Lead Web Developer, QA Engineer

Brianne is a graduate of Rutgers University, and a survivor of the Rutgers coding boot camp! She joined the Look North team in 2016 and has been a great asset ever since. Brianne is passionate about coding and relentless in striving to make the web a better place for everyone. Her other interests and passions include swimming, reading, theme parks, and her awesome dog Sunshine.

Creative Director

After graduating from the School of Visual Arts in NYC Joanna has worked at Simon & Schuster designing book covers, then at Kate Spade on their graphic design team, and finally at a high-end fashion advertising agency working primarily on Banana Republic advertising campaigns.

This broad experience has been a great asset for Look North since she joined the team 6 years ago. Joanna is in charge of everything “creative” at Look North. She is passionate about good design, user experience and interface design, in particular.

Outside of work she loves to take photos, cook, run, and travel.

Gregory Maher

Founder, Strategy & Technology Director

Gregory leads business development, strategy and technology for Look North. He has worked on the internet since being an early hire at DoubleClick where he planned advertising products for early online advertising. Since founding Look North in 2003 he has worked closely with clients and colleagues to make a better internet. Passionate about technology and user experience he plans solutions that are elegant and effective. He has won awards for his work including a Webby and a Communication Arts Site of the Day. He lives in Northern Monmouth County, New Jersey with his wife Joanna, three kids, and the best dog in the world.
